BPS Limited was contracted to build a CRM for The Grief Centre. From the very beginning they paid close attention to what The Grief Centre does and rather than coming in with preconceived ideas about what we needed, they allowed us to articulate the changes we needed to make and then proposed ways that our needs could be met.
They took the hard work out of researching data management systems, looked at what was already working well in our administrative systems and how we could enhance our systems with minimum disruption to our service. They then delivered a new system in an extremely professional, efficient, cost effective and quick manner. They were very respectful of our timeframes and availability. They provided excellent training and have also answered our queries in a very timely and helpful manner as we transition to the new system.

For a number of years BPS have facilitated our co-ordinator training days, and our wider Auckland GRG picnic.
Both events have run smoothly with BPS sourcing venues, speakers, entertainers and catering. They had the budget to work with and successfully managed to produce excellent days within the budget.
As we are a not for profit organisation the staff of BPS volunteered their services free of charge at the GRG picnic on the day, with face painting, cleaning up, crowd control..Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
