The BPS Team is a multi-disciplinary team offering a broad range of experience and expertise which can be used to help Associations and Charities become more sustainable.
Each member of the BPS Team has a different skill set which enables BPS to provide the infrastructure required to support non-profit Associations and Charities.
Rosemarie has extensive experience in management and in working with the non-profit sector. She is directly responsible for key client management, strategic direction, government relations, treasury and regulatory compliance.

Carine offers an international experience and a focused engagement with business management, marketing, and corporate strategy.
She holds a Master degree in Business Administration from ARU Cambridge University and successfully held corporate roles in the US , the UK and SA.
Carine owned and operated a management consulting company in SA and delivered business management best practices lectures to Universities in the UK and SA for more than a decade.

Edmund Mayers is a qualified Chartered Secretary and an Associate member of Governance New Zealand. He has over 35 years Financial Management and Accounting experience at Senior level. He has a wealth of knowledge and is an ardent advocate of adding value in all interactions with clients.
Born in Zimbabwe, he has been a Kiwi since 2000. Married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren, he divides his time between work sport reading and writing

Laura has come from a scientific background having completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Otago University. Her experience in marketing comes from working as a Marketing Assistant for the past 4 years for a large international scientific supplies company. Her passion for marketing is enhanced with a background in client services, ensuring that our client is always firmly at the centre of the Business Professional Services Limited philosophy. She likes the environment of a small team and the challenge of working within the non-profit sector.
Laura is responsible for compiling and distributing the various marketing pieces and communications that go out for our clients as well the organisation and management of events.

Heather undertakes minute-taking and Board Secretary duties for a number of BPSL clients and enjoys working with different industry sectors.
She has an extensive secretarial, administrative and Executive Assistant background.
Heather is primarily responsible for the Board Secretary role, but also offers other administrative support to clients and also within the BPSL team.
